We are supporting the ongoing effort of Profs. Pasi A. Jänne and Nathanael Gray together with Drs. Tinghu Zhang and Jianwei Che at Dana Farber Cancer Center. This program pursues new drug discovery strategies for therapeutic agents targeting EGFR and overcoming osimertinib resistance.
We are supporting liquid biopsy research in Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center aiming to improve the detection of lung cancer drivers such
as EGFR mutations, and their drug resistance mechanisms including novel fusions and copy
number alterations (such as HER2 and MET amplification). This research is conducted by Drs. Bob Li, Michael Berger, James Isbell, Jorge Reis-Filho, and Ronglai Shen.
